WARRANTY
Our
instruments are warranted for a period of twelve
(12) months. This warranty covers defects in
workmanship and materials (batteries excluded) and
is voided for all instruments subjected to
electrical or physical abuse, or tampering. The
warranty is also voided for failure to comply with
return procedure described in this warranty or any
change of ownership from the original purchaser.
After
authorization by EQUINE INFRARED.COM®, the
instrument must be returned prepaid to our
facility. UPS should be used except for areas
where it is not available. If the customer
desires an Air Freight return, the equipment will
be shipped back to you freight collect. The unit
must be returned in the original shipping
container with fillers or a container that affords
the same protection, as determined by our
facility.
This warranty is
the full extent of EQUINE INFRARED.COM’S® liability
and EQUINE INFRARED.COM® is not responsible for any
type of injury due to the product’s use or
failure; nor does it cover any loss incurred
because of personal or professional inconvenience. |
